Cancellation policy

Monthly memberships

Monthly membership subscriptions require 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date result in one final charge for the upcoming month.

No-shows and appointment cancellations

Consultations and follow-up sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No-shows without prior cancellation are charged in full and the session is forfeited.
