Cancellation Policy — Monthly Memberships

All monthly membership subscriptions require 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one final charge for the upcoming month.

No-Show & Appointment Cancellation Policy

Consultations and follow-up sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged in full and the session will be forfeited.
