The Annual Wellness Membership will be a subscription service that encompasses (12 ) 30 minute telemedicine visits/ month. Also available in this membership is 1(45) minute home wellness visit for any follow ups, IE reviewing Medications / Labs/ Protocols. The membership will also include deep analysis of labs , meal plan set up , supplements to augment health and longevity. Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar checks at the home visit. Will also include education/ techniques on enhancing longevity, IE Exercise Routines ( Upon Clearance from PCP) will also include (4 ) personal training demonstrations for Functional Fitness. Relaxing and Mindfulness Techniques, Peptide Education , and Recommendations.
